Lexie Grudnoff

Lexie is the Director of Teacher Education at the Faculty of Education. Her teaching experience includes primary, intermediate and special education.

From her years of experience in teacher education, she has developed teaching and research interests in initial teacher education and teacher professional learning.

Her doctoral research is on the transition from student to teacher, and the factors that help or hinder the process of becoming a teacher during the first year of teaching.
