Adam Parkes

Adam Parkes teaches modern British and American literature in the English Department at the University of Georgia.

He is the author of two books, Modernism and the Theater of Censorship- (Oxford UP, 1996) and Kazuo Ishiguro's The Remains of the Day: A Reader's Guide (Continuum, 2001), and several articles on modern fiction and poetry. His new book, Literary Impressionism in Its Time: From James to Bowen, is due to appear from Oxford.
