Karen Moni

Dr Karen Moni is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of Queensland. She co-ordinates the English curriculum courses and teaches in the areas of reading and young adult literature in undergraduate and post-graduate programs.

Her research interests include literacy and young adults with intellectual disabilities, and teaching, learning and assessment in higher education. Karen is a past president of The English Teachers’ Association of Queensland and is the current Editor of English in Australia.
